Whats Is Durood Tunjina
Besides durood ibrahim durood tunjina is also very famous among Muslims This durood also called durood tanjeena or munjiyat is the “Prayer of Rescue”. قال بعض العارفين كنت في مركب فعصفت علينا الريح فأشرفنا على الغرق فرأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في منامي فقال قل لهم يقولون اَللهم صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَاةً تُنْجِيْنَا بِهَا مِنْ جَمِيْعِ الْأَهْوَالِ وَالْآفَاتِ، وَتَقْضِيْ لَنَا بِهَا جَمِيْعَ الْحَاجَاتِ، وَتُطَهِّرُنَا بِهَا مِنْ جَمِيْعِ السَّيِّئَاتِ، وَتَرْفَعُنَا بِهَا عِنْدَكَ أَعْلَى الدَّرَجَاتِ، وَتُبَلِّغُنَا بِهَا أَقْصَى الْغَايَاتِ مِنْ جَمِيْعِ الْخَيْرَاتِ فِيْ الْحَيَاةِ وَبَعْدَ الْمَمَاتِ فاستيقظت فقلناها جميعا فسكن الريح بإذن الله تعالى
“Some wise people said: ‘I was on the boat, then the storm blew hard, almost causing us to sink. Then I (fell asleep and) saw the Messenger of Allâhum sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam in a dream, he said: Tell them ‘Read the prayer of Allâhumma shalli ‘alâ Muhammadin shalâtan tunjînâ bihâ min jamî’il ahwâli wal âfât wa taqdhî lanâ bihâ jamî’al hâjat wa tuthahhirunâ bihâ min jamî’is sayyiât wa tarfa’unâ bihâ ‘indaka a’lad darajât wa tuballighunâ bihâ aqshal ghâyat min jamî’il khairâti fil hayâti wa ba’dal mamât, then I awoke and we recited the sholawat, and the wind fell silent with the permission of Allah ta’ala,” (Abdurrahman ibn Abdissalam Ash-Shafuri, Nudhah al-Majâlis wa Muntakhab an-Nafâis, p. 284).

Allahumma ṣalli ʿalā Sayyidinā Muḥammadin ṣalātan tunjīnā bihā min jamīʿi l-ahwāli wa l-āfāt(i), wa taqḍī lanā bihā jamīʿi l-ḥājāt(i), wa tuṭahhirunā bihā min jamīʿi s-sayyi’āt(i), wa tarfaʿunā bihā ʿindaka aʿlā d-darajāt(i), wa tuballighunā bihā aqṣā l-ghāyāt(i), min jamīʿi l-khayrāt(i), fi l-ḥayāti wa baʿda l-mamāt(i).
English Translation
O Allah, send upon our master Muhammad a prayer through which You deliver us from all terrors and tribulations; and through which You fulfil for us every need; and through which You purify us from every sin; and through which You raise us to the loftiest of degrees in Your Presence; and through which You cause us to reach the furthest limit, in all forms of goodness, in this life and after death.
