اُصَلِّى سُنًّةَ الْوِتْرِرَكْعَتَيْنِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ (مَأْمُوْمًا) ِللهِ تَعَالَى

Transliteration

USHALLI SUNNATAL WITRI RAK’ATAINI MUSTAQBILAL QIBLATI (MA`MUUMAN) LILLAAHI TA’ALAA

English Translation 

“I intend to pray witir two raka’at facing the qibla as ma’mum because of Allah Ta’ala.”

اُصَلِّى سُنًّةَ رَكَعَةً الْوِتْرِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ (مَأْمُوْمًا) ِللهِ تَعَالَى

Transliteration

USHALLII SUNNATAN RAKA’ATAL WITRI MUSTAQBILAL QIBLATI (MA`MUUMAN) LILLAAHI TA’ALAA

English Translation

اَللهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْـأَلُكَ اِيْمَانًا دَائِمًا، وَنَسْأَلُكَ قَلْبًا خَاشِعًا، وَنَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَنَسْأَلُكَ يَقِيْنًا صَادِقًا، وَنَسْأَلُكَ عَمَلاً صَالِحًا، وَنَسْأَلُكَ دِيْنًاقَيِّمًا، وَنَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرًا كَثِيْرًا، وَنَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ، وَنَسْأَلُكَ تَمَامَ الْعَافِيَةِ، وَنَسْأَلُكَ الشُّكْرَ عَلَى الْعَافِيَةِ، وَنَسْأَلُكَ الْغِنَاءَ عَنِ النَّاسِ، اَللهُمَّ رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا صَلاَتَنَا وَصِيَامَنَا وَقِيَامَنَا وَتَخُشُّعَنَا وَتَضَرُّعَنَا وَتَعَبُّدَنَا وَتَمِّمْ تَقْصِيْرَنَا يَا اَللهُ يَااَللهُ يَااَللهُ يَااَرْحَمَ الرَّحِمِيْنَ. وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى خَيْرِ خَلْقِهِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى اَلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ اَجْمَعِيْنَ، وَالْحَمْدُ ِللهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ.

Transliteration

ALLAHUMMA INNAA NAS-ALUKA IIMAANAN DAA-IMAN, WA NAS-ALUKA QALBAN KHAASYI-AN, WA NAS-ALUKA ‘ILMAN NAAFI’AN, WA NAS-ALUKA YAQIINAN SHAADIQAN, WA NAS-ALUKA ‘AMALAN SHAALIHAN, WA NAS-ALUKA DIINAN QAYYIMAN, WA NAS-ALUKA KHAIRAN KATSIIRAN, WA NAS-ALUKAL ‘AFWA WAL ‘AAFIYAH(TA), WA NAS-ALUKA TAMAAMAL ‘AAFIYAH(TI), WA NAS-ALUKASY SYUKRA ‘ALAL ‘AAFIYAH(TI), WA NAS-ALUKAL GHINAA’A ‘ANINNAASI. WA SHALLALLAAHU ‘ALAA KHAIRI KHALQIHI MUHAMMADIN WA ‘ALAA AALIHI WA SHAHBIHI AJMA’IINA, WAL HAMDU LILLAAHI RABBIL ‘AALAMIIN(A).

English Translation 

“O, Allah. Verily we beseech Thee abiding with abiding faith, we beseech Thee a solemn heart’, we beseech Thee of useful knowledge, we beseech Thee the true conviction, we beseech Thee a shaleh charity, we beseech Thee a righteous religion, we beseech Thee much goodness, we beseech Thee forgiveness and afiat, we beseech Thee perfect health, we beseech Thee for health, and we beseech thee the richest of all men. O God, our Lord. Receive from us our prayers, our fasts, our evening prayers, our solemnity, our humility, our worship. Perfect our omissions or shortcomings, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah, O Most Merciful Dzat among the merciful. May Allah’s mercy be bestowed upon His creatures, Muhammad, his family and friends, and all praise be to Allah, the Lord of hosts.”
