Tasbeeh in ruku and sajdah is a reading that is recommended in reading when carrying out ruku and sajdah movements.
The necessity of prayer
As good Muslims, we must not abandon our prayers. Because prayer is a form of worship that must be done by Muslims because it is part of the pillars of Islam that must be fulfilled.
In addition, prayer is the main practice that will be asked in the afterlife. If the prayer of a servant is good, then it can be ensured that it is also good for other practices. Conversely, if the prayer is ugly, then it is also bad practice.
But the prayers we do cannot be careless in reading and movement, but also must be in accordance with the law of fiqh and, of course, must be carried out specifically so that the prayer becomes perfect.
Including reading prayer beads when ruku and sajdah in accordance with islamic teachings is one of the things that must be considered.
About Ruku And Sajdah At a Glance
One of the pillars of prayer is ruku and sajdah, however the reading of the prayer beads is merely sunnah. As a result, the ruku and sajdah gestures must be done in prayer. Otherwise, the prayer is invalid.
While the reading when ruku and sajdah law sunnah means that if not done then the prayer is still shah.

Hadith tasbeeh ruku dan sajdah
The subhana sentence, rabbiyal adzimi wabihamdih, is also circumcised to be read three times during rukuk. Similarly, the subhana phrase rabbiyal a’laa wabihamdih is read three times when sajdah.
As the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud of Abdullah bin Mas’ud, the Prophet PBUH said:
إذَا رَكَعَ أحَدُكُم فَلْيَقُلْ ثَلاَثَ مَرّاتٍ: سُبْحَانَ رَبّيَ الْعَظِيمِ ثَلاَثاً، وَذَلِكَ أدْنَاهُ، فإذَا سَجَدَ فَلْيَقُلْ: سُبْحَانَ رَبّيَ الأعْلَى ثَلاَثاً، وَذَلِكَ أدْنَاهُ
When one of you bows he should say three times ‘Subhana Rabiyal Azeem’ and when he prostrates, he should say ‘Subhana Rabiyal Alaa’ three times. This is the minimum number.” (Sunan Abi Dawud p.134 v.1)
So to get the sunnah reward, we must read the tasbeeh ruku and sajdah 3 times or more, if less than 3 times then there is absolutely no sunnah reward.
Why is that so? Because, Rasulallah SAW forbids a person to do ruku movements and prayers that are rushed like chicken pecking at his food.
Dua In Ruku And Sajdah
Can we read the other dua when ruku and sajdah? Related to this there is a hadith in the Muslim from Siti Aisyah RA:

Siti Aisyah RA narrated that the Prophet often recited the following Two in Ruku and Sajdah
سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ
