The prayer of the Prophet Musa AS is found in the Quran surah Thaha verse 28. Thaha is the 20th letter in the Quran and is a surah that came down in the period of the Prophet in Mecca (Makkiyah).

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي

Transliteration

Rabbish rah lee sadree Wa yassir leee amree Wahlul ‘uqdatan milli saanee Yafqahoo qawlee

English Translation

“My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance] And ease for me my task And untie the knot from my tongue That they may understand my speech.”
Surah Ta-Ha Ayat 25-28
