Dhuha Prayer Recitations and Duas After Dhuha Prayers in Arabic, Transliteration, and English Translation – Dhuha Prayers are Sunah Prayers performed at Dhuha time, the time when the sun begins to rise approximately 7 cubits from sunrise to the time before zhuhur. Dhuha prayer is also called Awwabin Prayer.
The Dhuha Prayer procedure is the same as other prayers, which distinguishes only the intention and the raka’at. The number of rakaat of Dhuha Prayer is at least 2 raka’at and the maximum is 12 raka’at and is done in 2 raka’at once greeting. ALLAHUMA INKAANA RIZQI FIS SAMMA-I FA ANZILHU, WA INKAANA FIL ARDHI FA-AKHRIJHU, WA INKAANA MU’ASSARAN FAYASSIRHU, WA INKAANA HARAAMAN FATHAHHIR-HU, WA INKAANA BA’IIDAN FA QARRIB-HU, BIHAQQI DUHAA-IKA WA BAHAAIKA, WA JAMAALIKA WA QUWWATIKA WA QUDRATIKA, AATINII MAA AATAITA ‘IBAADAKASH SHAALIHIN(A).
English Translation
“O Allah, verily the time of dhuha is the time of Thy dhuha, majesty is Thy majesty, beauty is Thy beauty, strength is Thy strength, the guard is Thy guard, O Allah, when my sustenance is above the heavens then bring it down, when it is in the earth then take it out, when it is difficult to make it easy, when it is illegitimate to purify it, when it is far near to the truth of Thy dhuha, Thy dominion (O my Lord), bring me what Thou hast brought to thy servants the salih”.
Doing Dhuha Prayers between 2 to 12 raka’at and then ending with reciting prayers is of great benefit, Dhuha prayer is one of the prayers in which there is a prayer to facilitate our sustenance.
